About

Earlier last year my family and I celebrated the birthday of my sister, Annalisa Rushea, who would have turned 31. She unfortunately passed away when we were young children, but we continue to celebrate in her memory.

Around this time my younger sister, China, found out she was expecting her first child—my niece, London. With both of these events on my mind, I decided I wanted to start a children’s clothing boutique. I’ve always enjoyed seeing the outfits children create once they’re old enough to pick out their own clothes. Their freedom of choice is clear, and no matter how mismatched or funny their outfits are, you know they are comfortable in those pieces. What started out as me getting excited about dressing up my future niece became the inspiration for RUSHEAeightyeight, and I want to share my style with other families.

Welcome!
